Live away? This one’s for you.

It’s ten at night in Toronto, it’s been snowing in the Soo since noon, and you’re wondering whether your mother is going to try the driveway herself in the morning. That’s the part we actually fix.

It’s the text that replaces the worry.

How it works when you’re not here

  1. You set it up

One phone call or one form. You give us the address and the best way to reach your parents; we do the property look and confirm the price with you.

  2. They get the service

Same two faces every visit, police-checked. Your parents don’t have to arrange anything, remember anything or pay anything — most of ours never touch the website at all.

  3. You get the proof

A photo to your phone after every visit, and a timeline in the portal you can scroll back through. Driveway clear. Walk salted. Everything fine.

  4. You get the bill

Card or e-transfer, in your name, monthly, after the work. Your parents never see an invoice unless you want them to.

The winter worry, specifically

The city plow goes by at 6am and leaves a ridge across the end of the driveway that a 78-year-old should not be shovelling. Around here, most companies charge extra for that ridge or put it in a premium tier. Ours is included in every membership, every storm.

We come automatically at 5 cm. Nobody has to notice the snow, decide it’s bad enough, find the number and make the call — which is the part that actually fails when someone is 80 and doesn’t want to be a bother.

And then the photo arrives, and you can stop thinking about it.

Sharing it with the rest of the family

Your parent is the member, and they decide who else sees the reports. From their portal — or with one phone call to us — they can add you by email. You get your own sign-in, and you see the visits and the photos for their property.

You never see their billing, and they never see yours. If a brother in Calgary wants in too, they can be added the same way. Any of it can be turned off again in one click.

Paying from away

Put the membership in your name and pay by card — it’s the usual arrangement for families out of town. The work happens at their house, the bill comes to you, monthly, after the work is done.

Billed monthly, never a season ahead. There’s no season to prepay and no contract to sign, which matters around here: a local competitor took a winter’s worth of prepayments and folded in January. You can stop us at the end of any month.

Talk to us before you set it up

Call from wherever you are — we’re on Ontario time, 7am to 9pm. Tell us the address and what you’re worried about, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
