What’s included
- Spring cleanup in April: winter sand and debris off the lawn and beds, hauled away.
- Mowing from May to mid-October, as the lawn needs it — weekly in the June flush, easing off in dry spells — trimmed and blown clean.
- One full leaf cleanup: lawn, beds and window wells, hauled away, before the snow flies.
- Automatic snow clearing at 5 cm — you never phone us, we’re already coming.
- The plow ridge at the end of the driveway, cleared every single time.
- Front walk, steps and the path to the door shovelled and salted on every winter visit.
- A text when we’re dispatched, and a photo to your phone when the visit is done.

What’s included
- Everything in the Seasons membership.
- The full lawn program: fertilizer in spring, summer and fall, with overseeding, so the lawn comes back thicker every year.
- Eavestroughs cleaned out twice a year — in the spring, and again after the leaves have finished dropping — the job nobody your age should be on a ladder for.
- Before-and-after photos of the eavestrough clean, so you can see what came out.
- Priority on the storm route.
Cottage Watch
For your camp on St. Joe’s
$95–$135/month + HST1 or 2 visits per month
What’s included
- One or two scheduled visits a month, depending on the plan you pick.
- Outside: doors, windows, roofline, trees, and anything the last storm moved.
- Inside: heat holding, hydro on, sump working, and a proper look for leaks.
- Spring opening — water back on, lines checked, and the place ready for the season.
- Fall closing — water off and drained, and the place buttoned up for winter.
- An extra visit after a serious storm, at no charge.
- A photo report to your phone after every single visit. This is the whole product.
- Grass through the summer available as an add-on, quoted per property, so the place never looks empty.
- Winter driveway clearing for your arrival: tell us when you’re coming up and it’s clear when you get there. Quoted per property — on the island we clear for your visits, not on the storm clock.
If your property is bigger than average
Prices are for a standard city lot — a one- or two-car driveway and a typical lawn. Larger properties add a flat $25–50 a month; we confirm your exact price with a free quote before you join, and it never changes mid-season.
- Standard — the published price
- One- or two-car driveway, lawn under about 5,000 sq ft.
- Large — add $25/month + HST
- Double-wide or long driveway, or a lawn around 5,000–10,000 sq ft.
- Estate — add $50/month + HST
- Anything bigger — a long rural driveway, a circular drive, or a lawn over about 10,000 sq ft.
We measure the lot from the satellite photo and drive past before we quote you, so the band is set once, before you join. After that your bill doesn’t move — same number every month, and never a change in the middle of a season.
Member add-ons
Members only, billed on the same monthly invoice as everything else. Ask for any of it on the phone or in the portal.
Handyman small jobs
$75 + HST per hour
Grab bars, furnace filters, CO detector batteries, a sticking door. One-hour minimum. No electrical, plumbing or HVAC beyond the basics.
Junk & downsizing runs

The founding member deal
The founding rate goes to the first 25 memberships, and service starts with the spring cleanup in April 2027. Reserve one of the 25 and you pay the founding rate — $20 to $26 a month under the regular price — locked for your entire first year. It stays yours for as long as your membership stays active. After the first 25, memberships stay open at the regular price until the route is full.
Nothing is charged when you reserve. Billed monthly after the work, first invoice at the end of April 2027. Cancel any time with a phone call or one button in your portal. Nobody ever pays a season ahead.
