What’s included
- Biweekly mowing from the first week of September to mid-October, trimmed and blown clean.
- One full leaf cleanup: lawn, beds and window wells, hauled away, before the snow flies.
- Automatic snow clearing at 5 cm — you never phone us, we’re already coming.
- The plow ridge at the end of the driveway, cleared every single time.
- Front walk, steps and the path to the door shovelled and salted on every winter visit.
- A text when we’re dispatched, and a photo to your phone when the visit is done.

What’s included
- Everything in the Seasons membership.
- Fall fertilizer and overseeding in September, so the lawn comes back thicker in the spring.
- Eavestroughs cleaned out after the leaves have finished dropping — the job nobody your age should be on a ladder for.
- Before-and-after photos of the eavestrough clean, so you can see what came out.
- Priority on the storm route.
Cottage Watch
For your camp on St. Joe’s
$95–$135/month + HST1 or 2 visits per month
What’s included
- One or two scheduled visits a month, depending on the plan you pick.
- Outside: doors, windows, roofline, trees, and anything the last storm moved.
- Inside: heat holding, hydro on, sump working, and a proper look for leaks.
- Fall closing — water off and drained, and the place buttoned up for winter.
- An extra visit after a serious storm, at no charge.
- A photo report to your phone after every single visit. This is the whole product.
- Grass in the summer and winter driveway clearing available as add-ons.
If your property is bigger than average
Prices are for a standard city lot — a one- or two-car driveway and a typical lawn. Larger properties add a flat $25–50 a month; we confirm your exact price with a free quote before you join, and it never changes mid-season.
- Standard — the published price
- One- or two-car driveway, lawn under about 5,000 sq ft.
- Large — add $25/month + HST
- Double-wide or long driveway, or a lawn around 5,000–10,000 sq ft.
- Estate — add $50/month + HST
- Anything bigger — a long rural driveway, a circular drive, or a lawn over about 10,000 sq ft.
We measure the lot from the satellite photo and drive past before we quote you, so the band is set once, before you join. After that your bill doesn’t move — same number every month, and never a change in the middle of a season.
Member add-ons
Members only, billed on the same monthly invoice as everything else. Ask for any of it on the phone or in the portal.
Handyman small jobs
$75 + HST per hour
Grab bars, furnace filters, CO detector batteries, a sticking door. One-hour minimum. No electrical, plumbing or HVAC beyond the basics.
Junk & downsizing runs
- Quarter load$89 + HST
- Half load$149 + HST
- Three-quarter load$249 + HST
- Full load$399 + HST
Disposal fees included.
Christmas lights
From $650 + HST
Install, seasonal maintenance and take-down.
Eavestrough guards
Quoted per property after a look at the roofline.
What we don’t do
We’d rather tell you now than have you find out in November.
- Pesticide or weed spraying
- That legally requires a licensed exterminator in Ontario, and we stay on the maintenance side of that line.
- Window cleaning
- Not during the pilot season — we’d rather do a few things properly.
- Personal care or health monitoring
- We look after the property. Care is somebody else’s trade.
The founding member deal
We’re taking 25 memberships for the September 2026 – March 2027 season and no more. Join in the pilot and you keep your founding rate for the entire first year of the full service — even after prices go up for everyone else.
Billed monthly, after the work. Cancel any time with a phone call or one button in your portal. Nobody ever pays a season ahead.
